You may return or exchange your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging together with a completed return form and proof of purchase.

We will provide you with the return instructions, including the return address or parcel locker details, as well as the required return form.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Please note that items made to order or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
