REGULATIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE LILÉ THINGS
1. General provisions
1.1. These regulations define the rules for using the online store available at lilethings.com, operated by PR BRANDS (Lilé Things), ul. Modra 18a/2, 60-388 Poznań NIP: PL7792524000, email: contact@lilethings.com.
1.2. A Customer may be a natural person who is at least 18 years old, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality.
2. Placing orders
2.1. Orders can be placed 24/7 through the website.
2.2. A condition for placing an order is to familiarize oneself with these regulations and accept them.
2.3. After placing the order, the Customer receives a confirmation at the provided email address. The sales contract is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order acceptance for fulfillment.
2.4. The payment for the goods and the cost of delivering the order is made through the Przelewy24 payment system (operator: PayPro SA, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, NIP: 779-236-98-87, registered in the business register KRS under number 0000347935), online payments by card, BLIK, PayPal, Apple Pay. The Przelewy24 regulations are available at: https://www.przelewy24.pl/regulamin.
Payment for the order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order; in the absence of payment, the order will be canceled.
2.5. The delivery of goods is carried out in the manner specified in the order. Shipments are delivered by courier (DPD or InPost) or Parcel Locker (InPost). The shipment will be sent within a maximum of 14 working days from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account. For card payments, the order fulfillment time is counted from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization.
3. Prices and payments
3.1. All prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN).
3.2. The store reserves the right to change product prices, introduce new products, and conduct or cancel promotions.
3.3. Available payment methods are indicated during the order placement.
4. Delivery
4.1. Orders are fulfilled within Poland and selected countries of the European Union.
4.2. The order fulfillment time and available delivery methods are provided during the order placement.
4.3. The customer bears the delivery costs, unless the store explicitly states otherwise (e.g., as part of a promotion).
5. Right of withdrawal from the contract
5.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should inform us of their decision by email at: contact@lilethings.com.
5.3. The return of goods should take place promptly, no later than within 14 days from the day the customer informed us of the withdrawal from the contract.
5.4. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the store explicitly states otherwise.
5.5. The refund will be made promptly, no later than within 14 days from the day of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used, unless the customer has explicitly agreed to a different method of return. The return will not incur any additional costs for the customer.
6. Complaints
6.1. The seller is responsible for product defects based on the warranty provisions contained in the Civil Code.
6.2. Complaints should be submitted by email to: contact@lilethings.com, providing a description of the defect, the date it was identified, and the order number.
6.3. The complaint will be processed within 14 days from its receipt.
7. Personal data protection
7.1. The administrator of customers' personal data is PR BRANDS (Lilé Things), ul. Modra 18a/2, 60-388 Poznań.
7.2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in Privacy Policy available on the store's website.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution methods
8.1. A customer who is a consumer has the option to use out-of-court complaint resolution methods and pursue claims, including through the ODR platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
8.2. Detailed information on the possibility of using out-of-court complaint resolution methods is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: www.uokik.gov.pl
9. Final provisions
9.1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
9.2. The store reserves the right to change the regulations. Customers will be informed of changes in advance.
